Our screen — a microperforated surface spanning over six meters — is paired with a Christie projector, the gold standard of digital cinema projection. Remote-controlled blackout curtains on every window and skylight ensure perfect darkness when the lights go down.
Every seat in the house, whether in the vintage theatre chairs or at one of our tables, offers an unobstructed view of the screen. This is cinema-grade quality in a space designed for conviviality — the first theater where you can watch a film in full cinematic excellence with a cocktail in hand.

At Pasquino, sound is not technical infrastructure, it is art. Our audio system, featuring twenty-four handcrafted speakers across thirteen channels, was custom-designed by Zingali Acoustics, an Italian excellence celebrated worldwide for creating hi-fi systems by hand from sustainable materials. This is not professional audio. This is esoteric hi-fi: a level of sonic precision found in only a handful of theaters globally.
The clarity is crystalline. From every seat and every table, sound is perfect. For cinema, the system handles every advanced surround format with ease. For music, it delivers hi-fi detail so refined you can hear every nuance while still conversing at a whisper. And for avant-garde sonic art, the multi-channel configuration enables fully spatialized audio performances.
Few venues in the world sound like this. None of them serve cocktails.

At Pasquino, live music is given the respect it deserves. The stage features a Kawai KG3 grand piano with three pedals, professional-grade microphones, and Zingali Acoustics stage monitors that provide performers with flawless sound clarity.
The room’s unique acoustic configuration allows attentive listeners to experience pristine hi-fi quality, even while conversation continues at neighboring tables: a balance few venues achieve. Pasquino is also equipped for multitrack recording. We plan to capture select live performances and release them through Pasquino Records: limited-edition vinyl pressings with covers designed by artists.

What you see at Pasquino is only part of the story. Behind the screen, a sophisticated system enables immersive experiences few venues can match. Five projectors create wall-to-wall mapping for enveloping visuals and avant-garde audiovisual performances. Two professional servers control live broadcasts, immersive mapping, TouchDesigner-powered AV performances, and DCP film projection. Digital audio mixers, remotable from anywhere in the room, ensure flawless sound control.
The system was designed with Flyer New Media, a leading Roman studio specializing in immersive environments and AV festivals. They will also curate special immersive art evenings at Pasquino. The technology is complex. The experience is seamless.
