DESCRIPTION:Martedì 5 maggio 2026 alle ore 17\, al Pasquino Art Center\, nel quadro dei Martedì dell’Anac\, sarà presentato Immemorial\, chants de la grande nuit ultimo appuntamento della rassegna dedicata ai documentari del TFF\, curata da Ludovico Cantisani\, che ha inaugurato a marzo la programmazione del Cineclub degli Autori a Trastevere.Attraverso un incisivo sguardo antropologico \, la regista francese Béatrice Kordon\, indaga il modo in cui diverse popolazioni e culture si avvicinano e affrontano il lutto. Miti\, rituali e danze diventano così luoghi in cui è possibile stabilire un legame con l’inspiegabile.La regista\, che sarà a Roma ospite dell’Anac e presenterà il film al pubblico del Cineclub degli Autori\, si è laureata alla scuola di cinema La Fémis ed è rapidamente approdata alla regia di opere che esplorano e interrogano la natura del linguaggio. Collabora inoltre con altri registi occupandosi di fotografia e montaggio.«Non ci aspettavamo un riscontro di pubblico e consensi così immediato e positivo per il nostro cineclub» commenta Francesco Ranieri Martinotti\, presidente Anac. «Questo ci spinge a proseguire in questa esperienza coraggiosa\, nonostante l’orario pomeridiano. This event marks the final appointment in the program dedicated to TFF documentaries\, curated by Ludovico Cantisani\, which inaugurated in March the Cineclub degli Autori program in Trastevere. \n\n\n\nThrough a sharp anthropological lens\, French director Béatrice Kordon explores how different populations and cultures approach and confront mourning. Myths\, rituals\, and dances thus become spaces where it is possible to establish a connection with the unexplainable. \n\n\n\nThe director\, who will be in Rome as a guest of ANAC and will present the film to the Cineclub degli Autori audience\, graduated from the film school La Fémis and quickly moved into directing works that explore and question the nature of language. She also collaborates with other directors\, working in cinematography and editing. \n\n\n\n“We did not expect such an immediate and positive response from both audiences and critics for our cineclub\,” comments Francesco Ranieri Martinotti\, president of ANAC. “This encourages us to continue this bold initiative\, despite the afternoon time slot.
